    01 A chat

    I pop into the venue and we talk about what's working and what isn't. No pitch, no pressure. You'll walk away with a few ideas you can use straight away, whether we end up working together or not.

    02 Setup

    I work with the platforms you already use, from your POS to your email tool. I might suggest a few tweaks, but there's no forced changeover. Accounts tidied, templates made, ready to go.

    03 Ongoing

    I keep your socials, website, email, in-venue posters and screens up to date, bring in my photographer when you need fresh content, and send a one-page report each month.

Pricing

Every venue's different, so let's chat first. I work on an hourly rate, and most venues sit somewhere between 5 and 15 hours a week. There may be a one-off setup fee at the start to get everything in place.
